These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the goot111 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using goot111, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
18+ Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use goot111. Age verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
BDT Accounts Only
All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
Bonus Wagering Rules
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted a single account on goot111. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.
Prohibited Activities
Fraud, collusion, money laundering, and the use of automated software to manipulate outcomes are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
Responsible Gaming Tools

1. Definitions Glossary
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits, free spin value, or matched deposit amounts granted to a Player under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal as real money. |
| "Real Money Funds" | Funds deposited directly by the Player via an accepted payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer), which are withdrawable at any time subject to identity verification. |

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing goot111, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.
goot111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, the Platform will display a notice on the homepage or send an email notification to registered Players. The revised terms take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform after such publication constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that they meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility 18+ Only
3.1 Age and Eligibility
Registration on goot111 is open only to individuals who are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. goot111 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied. Any winnings accrued on an underage Account will be forfeited.
In addition to the age requirement, you must:
- Be a natural person (not a corporation or automated entity) acting on your own behalf;
- Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
- Not have been previously excluded or banned from goot111;
- Not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of goot111 or its affiliated game providers.
3.2 Registration Process
To open an Account, you must complete the registration form with accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide any misleading information during or after registration.
Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. If multiple Accounts are detected linked to the same individual — identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — goot111 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
goot111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months);
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account in your name, or a bank statement).
Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable time period will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold. goot111 may also request updated documentation at any point if there is reason to believe that account information has changed.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. goot111 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support@goot111 immediately.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals BDT
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
goot111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. Additional payment channels may be added or removed at goot111's discretion without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically confirmed within seconds under normal network conditions.
- goot111 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
- goot111 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at the account level for responsible gaming purposes, or to comply with internal risk-management policies.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the goot111 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request will be processed. Requests submitted prior to verification completion will be queued until all required documents have been reviewed and approved.
- Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within minutes during standard operating hours, subject to the payment provider's settlement timelines.
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days to appear in the recipient account, depending on the receiving institution.
- Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion, as detailed in Section 5.
- goot111 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that is flagged for security review.
4.4 Chargebacks and Fraud
Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit made to goot111 will result in the immediate suspension of the Account pending investigation. Where a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or in bad faith, goot111 reserves the right to permanently close the Account and pursue recovery of any funds disbursed. Players found to have engaged in payment fraud will be reported to the relevant financial institutions.
5. Bonus & Promotion Terms Promotions
From time to time, goot111 offers bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
5.1 Eligibility
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses are available to eligible registered Players who have completed account verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Players who have applied self-exclusion or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible to claim bonuses during the restricted period.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal). The specific wagering multiple will be stated in the promotion terms. The following general rules apply:
- Only wagers placed using Bonus Funds count towards meeting a wagering requirement unless the promotion states otherwise.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). The exact contribution schedule will be listed in the promotion terms.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date.
- goot111 reserves the right to amend the wagering requirement of any active bonus with reasonable notice if there is evidence of exploitation or abuse of the promotion.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
goot111 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, collusion with other Players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or any other conduct that goot111 reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, goot111 reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close the Account.
6. Responsible Gaming Obligations 18+ Only
goot111 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Players in Bangladesh. The Platform incorporates a range of tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. Use of these tools is encouraged and, in certain circumstances, may be mandated by goot111 where there are reasonable grounds for concern about a Player's gambling behaviour.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited into their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen notifications to alert them when a defined session duration has elapsed.
- Time-Out Periods: Players may apply a temporary suspension of Account access for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the Player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a more extended break from gambling may request self-exclusion by contacting support@goot111. Self-exclusion periods range from six months to indefinite. Requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Players are encouraged to visit the dedicated Responsible Gaming page for full guidance on available tools, self-assessment resources, and support contact details. goot111 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that gambling is causing harm.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on goot111. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, or using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
- Money Laundering: Using goot111 to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant financial intelligence units.
- Collusion: Co-ordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino or poker-format games.
- Use of Automated Software: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform without genuine human decision-making.
- Exploitation of Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the Platform. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of an error are void and will not be paid out.
- Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the Platform's underlying systems, databases, or APIs without express written authorisation from goot111.
- Proxy or VPN Access: Using a virtual private network, proxy server, or any other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one Account for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason not expressly permitted by goot111.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting support@goot111. Upon receipt of a closure request, goot111 will process any pending withdrawal of Real Money Funds to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by goot111
goot111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
- Detection of multiple Accounts linked to the same individual;
- A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
- Determination that the Player is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
Where an Account is closed by goot111 due to a breach of these terms, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is found, Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method. goot111 shall not be liable for any losses arising from account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these terms.
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. goot111 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Account holder via their registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to the Account Balance, provided a positive balance remains. If the Balance reaches zero, the dormant Account may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting support@goot111 and completing any updated KYC requirements.
